Mollapolci Contractor LTD is committed to upholding customer satisfaction, we our confident in our quality of work, therefore we offer a comprehensive warranty program that is tailored to individual needs. The warranty varies with different factors including but not limited to, the nature of the job, the scope of work, and materials used.
For general stucco applications
Our warranty program ranges between a period of 2 to 10 years starting from the date of completion. Specific duration time depends on individual job. Typically stucco repairs will have a shorter span of warranty coverage in the span of 2 years. For new stucco installation the labour coverage starts from 5 or 10+ years.
Graphex Coat Applications (Anti-Woodpecker): With woodpeckers damaging and building their nests in EFIS stucco we recognize there is a need for a more durable solution, for that reason we use Graphex Coat A&B to ensure that our repairs last.

Stucco Painting Warranty
The warranty we offer for paint finishes varies heavily depending on the paint used, the manufacturer warranty on the paint and other details that would be specified during negotiations. We typically utilize Elastomeric type of paint with custom warranty coverage because of the high quality of the paint.
Stucco Repairs Warranty
For stucco repairs under normal usage conditions we offer a 2 year warranty. The warranty covers the quality of labour as well as materials used in the repair.
Parging Install/Repairs Warranty
Liability
As per new parging or parging repairs the following policies are in place:
- Parging- Warranty for new parging on buildings under normal usage and weather conditions is 2 years.
- Parging repair – parging repair has a warranty of 2 years under normal conditions, with restrictions and specifics to be determined on a case by case basis.
Liability
Mollapolci Contractor Ltd is devoted to the use of high quality materials and supplying fine craftsmanship , consequently if any problems would arise that would be attributed to our labour or the materials used, Mollapolci Contractor ltd will take the necessary actions to correct the issues at no additional cost. Mollapolci Contractor ltd recognizes the importance of timely interventions, therefore we pledge to conduct repairs at the earliest convenience taking into account factors such as the weather and the availability of material and labour.
Exclusions
We do not cover damages arising as a result of:
- Natural movement or settling of the building structure
- External forces or disaster, including but not limited to, hail, floods, earthquakes and excessive snow accumulation.
- Damages caused by actions by a third party not affiliated with Mollapolci Contractor Ltd.
Starting a Claim
To start a warranty claim we advise you contact Mollapolci Contractor within a 48 hour time period of detecting a defect in the stucco work. Claim can be submitted via email at contact[at]mollapolcistucco.ca or by calling 4037008415.
Third party Warranty
Mollapolci Contractor will also provide Manufacturers warranty for materials used in the repair or installation of stucco. These documents will ensure the client is fully informed on all warranty coverages that are applicable to their project.
